Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible.

How to Return

Email us at support@zyven.co with your order number and reason for your return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
